Basecamp Fitness offers quick, coach-led workouts for all fitness levels. Expect to use short rotating intervals, constantly alternating between strength and cardio, back and forth for the worlds most effective and effiecient 35-45 minute workout. Come join us at the Shell for a bodyweight version of our in-studio experience.
