Her exhaustive efforts have inspired Juneteenth Celebrations in most black communities in Memphis.
In its 33rd year, the Juneteenth Douglass Freedom and Heritage Festival will honor the tradition, uplifting the work and talent of those who have cultivated culture across our community.
