Rumble Pop-Up

Rumble wants to help YOU improve your confidence and strength with a FREE community pop-up.

Get ready for a Rumble-inspired warm up with bodyweight exercises and shadow-boxing followed by a Self Defense workshop. We will practice physical techniques and talk about vigilance and threat prevention. 

Self Defense will be taught by Rumble instructor Sara who began martial arts training in 1996, holds a 2nd degree Instructor Black Belt in Krav Maga and a Brown Belt in Jiujitsu, and is a member of the Krav Maga Alliance Professional Committee and Training Team. 

Dress in comfortable clothes , and be ready to move on and off of the ground to practice certain skills. Bring a friend or workout partner if you would like.

(If coming solo, no worries! We can find a partner for you.) 

We are excited to bring fun Rumble vibes and free self-defense skills to the community!
