Join us each Monday for a full body burn during rotating yoga and Pilates classes at the historic Overton Park Shell.

Yoga is a form of movement that focuses on the breath while stretching the muscles, improving posture and flexibility, and working on balance. Pilates is a form of movement that also focuses on the breath while strengthening the entire region of the core and toning the glutes, lower back, legs, and arms.
