Break in your sneakers, grab your water bottle and mark your calendar – the Girls on the Run 5K is coming soon! Join our friends at Girls on the Run Memphis on November 13th at Overton Park Shell for this beloved community event where girls, coaches, friends and family come together to celebrate our differences, applaud our accomplishments and, of course, cross the finish line.

10:30-12:00: Event set up; volunteer check in

12:30-1:30- Race check in; pre-race activities

1:30-1:45- Community Warm-up

1:45: Walk to Starting Line

2:00 pm- 5K run through U of M campus

3:00 pm- majority of 5K runners/walkers will have crossed the finish line

3:30-4:00 pm- post race activities

4:00-5:00 pm- Event clean up
