Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on stretching of the connective issues. Poses in Yin Yoga are primarily seated or supine with more passive holds for longer intervals ranging from 2-5 minutes. With Yin you will perform poses that will improve flexibility and increase blood flow in the major joints and organ systems.
